People are bothering me in Office!

Question:
I have been working in an organization for three years. Six months ago the company transferred me to another city. Ever since I’ve been here I’ve been worried. The people at this branch bother me unfairly, sometimes pushing a letter back and forth, even hiding a file that causes me to finish the work on time and have to work late Hours in the office.
When I talked to the staff incharge of my office, they say what can I do, it’s a matter of you guys. Solve it on your table. Now don’t bring me a complaint again.
Dear Waqar Sir ! I’m a simple guy. I work faithfully. Due to some staff members, I am worried and depressed all the time.
Answer:
Adjusting to a new place in an organization or Office takes some time. In the meantime, there should be a friendly attitude with the people working there. They should not feel that you know a lot. They understand the job very well. Instead, you should ask colleagues at the new location to help you adjust here. If you find it helpful, continue to consult them on various issues and thank them for advice and support.
Read Surah Yunus 10 verse 85-86 after Isha prayer:
فَقَالُوْا عَلَى اللّـٰهِ تَوَكَّلْنَاۚ رَبَّنَا لَا تَجْعَلْنَا فِتْنَةً لِّلْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِيْنَ O
وَنَجِّنَا بِرَحْـمَتِكَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِـرِيْنَ O
Faqaaloo ‘alal laahi tawakkalnaa Rabbanaa laa taj’alnaa fitnatal lilqawmiz zaalimeen
Wa najjinaa birahmatika minal qawmil kaafireen
eleven eleven times with Durud Sharif and ask those mentioned before Allah Almighty to allow them to treat you with a positive attitude and kindness.
Continue this process for forty days.
